Order Confirmation:

Thank you for choosing us! As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as verification that we have successfully received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Our first step is to confirm that we have the items in stock and available for immediate shipping. This is done by automatically reaching out to our suppliers.

If your items are on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. For items that are available for immediate shipment, you can expect your order to be processed and the charges to be finalized. Typically, this occurs within five business days.

Once your order is processed and ready to ship, we will send you tracking information to the email address provided during checkout. This will happen within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. Should you not receive tracking details from us within six business days of placing your order, please do not hesitate to reach out for assistance.

We also encourage you to inspect the packaging of your items upon delivery. If you notice any damages, make sure to document this when signing for the package. Should the items arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to our support email, and we will assist you in processing an insurance claim.

For cancellations and refunds, please note that all orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. This applies whether your order has shipped or not. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will always be processed back to the original credit card used during the order placement.
