Frequently Asked Questions

Due to the size and weight of packaging we ship via freight and LTL. Mostly Fedex but can vary depending on location. Freight shipping includes curbside delivery and lift gate service only. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it on to your property. We suggest having helpers on standby to assist you in moving your items from the curb.

Yes! Each order has verified tracking information and ETA.
We ship from several warehouses throughout the US. No international duties or customs clearance to be concerned with.
No. Product assembly/installation is a customer responsibility. We do provide electronic copies of the spec sheets, product manuals, and install guides on each product page.
No we are a supplier and do not offer formal architect, engineering, or contactor type recommendations.
