Easy Returns Policy at Northwoods Grills

At Northwoods Grills, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. That’s why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. If you find it necessary to return any product purchased from us, you can do so within 30 days, and we will refund the purchase price of the item.

Please note that all returns will be subject to certain conditions. The refund will exclude shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price. If you are returning a product that was shipped to you with free shipping, be aware that the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original condition. This includes the original packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional charges or may render the products non-returnable.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Certain products are excluded from our return policy. These include:

  • Custom orders (including custom-made or made-to-order products).
  • Products on clearance or those purchased during special promotions.
  • Any cushions or products requiring a specific fabric selection.
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified.
  • Products not in resalable condition.
  • Items not accompanied by an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from Northwoods Grills.
  • Products not in their original packaging with adequate packing materials.
  • Large order quantities (10 or more of a single product or with an invoice total greater than $2,500).

For large orders, we recommend requesting a sample prior to making a bulk purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and processed at our warehouse, which can take up to 7 business days, a credit will be issued. Please remember that return shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable. You will receive a confirmation email detailing the status of your return, and refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, typically within 72 hours for visibility on your statement.
