Return Policy

At Northwoods Grills, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. That's why we offer an easy and straightforward return policy designed to give you peace of mind with your purchases. If you decide you would like to return your product for any reason, simply follow our 30-day return policy.

You can initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase. Upon receiving your returned item in its original condition, you will receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Please note, the restocking fee is calculated based on the purchase price of the product.

If your product was shipped with free shipping, be aware that the actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund upon return. To ensure a smooth return process, all items must be returned in their original condition. This includes original packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Additional charges may be incurred, or items may become non-returnable if they are not in proper condition.

It’s important to understand that certain products are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Custom orders, such as products that are made-to-order.
  • Special purchases including clearance items, inventory sale products, and specially discounted products.
  • Any cushions or products that include specific fabric selections.
  • Any item that has been assembled, installed, modified, or used.
  • Any product that is not in resalable condition.
  • Items without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from Northwoods Grills.
  • Products not in the original box with sufficient packing materials.
  • Large orders of 10 or more of a single product or orders totaling more than $2,500.

For large orders, we recommend ordering a sample for evaluation before placing a full order.

Your refund will be processed once the warehouse receives and inspects your return, which may take up to 7 business days. Please be informed that return shipping charges and restocking fees are not refundable. The total refund amount will reflect any shipping costs deducted from your original payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and may take up to 72 hours to appear on your statement.
