Alfresco 15" Trash Center Drawer AXE-TC-SC - Soft-Close with Plastic Receptacle
Frequently Asked Questions
Does a bin come with it?
Yes. The AXE-TC-SC is supplied with a plastic receptacle, so you are not hunting for a bin that happens to fit the drawer.
Is this a single-bin or double-bin unit?
Single bin. AXE-TC-SC is Alfresco's single-bin trash center.
Does it pull out like a drawer?
Yes. The receptacle sits in a drawer that slides out, so waste goes in at the front of the island instead of into something sitting on the counter.
Is the drawer soft-close?
Yes, which is what the SC in the model number stands for. It pulls itself shut under control rather than slamming, which is worth having on the one drawer you tend to close with a knee or an elbow.
How wide is it?
Fifteen inches. That is the nominal size Alfresco lists it under, so take the framed opening from the AXE-TC-SC spec sheet rather than from the name when you build.
Will it match my other Alfresco doors and drawers?
Yes. It is part of the same stainless line of doors, drawers and combinations, so it sits level with the rest of an Alfresco island front. Compare the other pull-out trash units if you are still choosing a width.

I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
