Description
The Memphis Pro 28" Freestanding Cart ITC3 Pellet Grill is engineered with IntelliBurn Technology® for secondary combustion, ensuring an efficient, clean burn for exceptional grilling performance. The advanced design combines the versatility of a wood fire with the convenience of a kitchen oven, making it perfect for grilling, smoking, roasting, baking, and searing.
With a temperature range from 180°F to 650°F, this grill provides precise control and consistently even temperatures. Its dual pellet hopper holds 18 lbs. of wood pellets and allows you to mix and match wood flavors. The double-walled construction and 304 stainless steel ensure durability, while the Oven-Grade Gasket and DC motor blower allow for superior heat retention and consistent temperature control.
You can also monitor the cooking process through the Bluetooth Wi-Fi app, where you'll receive alerts and timers for convenience (please note that the Wi-Fi version only provides monitoring). Direct Flame technology offers three levels of heat for a wide range of cooking methods. This pellet grill also includes interior lighting for night grilling, a 7" touch-screen display, and a pre-programmed cleaning routine to keep your grill in top condition.
The Memphis Pro 28" is designed for ultimate flexibility, able to handle everything from slow-roasting to high-temperature searing. Assembly is straightforward with its sliding top shelves and ample storage for tools and accessories.
