Summerset Sizzler Drop-In Sear Burner
Description
The Summerset Sizzler Drop-In Infrared Sear Burner is the ultimate upgrade for searing steaks, seafood, and other meats to restaurant-quality perfection. Designed to replace any main burner in your Summerset Sizzler grill, this infrared burner provides intense, even heat, ensuring a delicious crust while locking in juices and flavors.
With easy installation, this burner allows you to customize your grilling experience by replacing a standard burner with infrared power. It is most commonly installed in the far-left position for convenient access.
Installation Instructions
- Remove the cooking grate and briquette tray from your grill.
- Locate the cotter pin securing the existing burner and remove it.
- Take out the standard burner and place the sear burner in its place.
- Ensure the orifice is properly aligned in the burner center.
- Reinstall the cooking grate (without the briquette tray).
- Ignite as normal for high-intensity searing.
