Le Griddle Portable Cart for 105 Series Griddles — GFCART105

The GFCART105 is the largest portable cart Le Griddle makes, built for the 41-inch GFE105 and OML105 griddles. It is the answer when you want a three-burner griddle at full commercial scale but do not want it locked into masonry.

The cart is 304 stainless steel throughout with a dual-door cabinet underneath — real storage for cleaning kit, scrapers, oil and covers, not just a token shelf. Two folding side shelves handle about 20 lbs each, so you can stage raw and finished food on opposite ends of a very long cooking surface.

Closed up it is 43-1/2" wide. Extend both shelves and you have 72" of continuous working width — six feet of griddle station on four swivel casters, two of them locking. At 34" high and 17-1/4" deep it sits at counter height and tucks against a wall between cooks, which is more than most outdoor griddles of this size can claim.
