What sizes do Alfresco cart grills come in?

What is the difference between the ALXE-30C and the ALXE-42CD?

The ALXE-30C is the 30-inch two-burner Alfresco cart grill, sized for smaller patios. The ALXE-42CD is the 42-inch three-burner deluxe version, adding cooking capacity plus a single door and double drawer built into the cart. Both include the rotisserie and the integrated smoker; the difference is grate width and storage.

Do Alfresco cart grills include a rotisserie?

Yes. Both the ALXE-30C and the ALXE-42CD include a rotisserie system with an infrared rotisserie burner, which is what you want for evenly cooked roasts and whole poultry. The rotisserie is part of the grill, not an add-on kit, so there is nothing extra to source at purchase.

Can you smoke on an Alfresco cart grill?

Yes. Alfresco ALXE cart grills include an integrated smoker drawer. Load it with wood chips and run the grill at a lower setting to add smoke flavor to whatever is on the grate. It is built into the grill body, so you do not need a separate smoker box sitting on the burners.

Should I buy an Alfresco cart grill or a built-in?
