About Our Craftsmanship

How are TrueFlame grills built? Each unit is fabricated from 304 stainless steel with food-grade stainless grates and high-output burners. We build in small batches and inspect every weld, seam, and burner before it ships.

Ordering & Customization

Can I customize a TrueFlame grill? Yes. We offer freestanding or built-in configurations, additional burners, side shelves, rotisserie kits, and natural gas or propane setups. Standard models ship in 5-10 business days; custom builds take 3-5 weeks.

Shipping & Delivery

How do TrueFlame grills ship? Freestanding units ship via freight across the continental US with liftgate and curbside delivery. Built-in burners ship by parcel carrier. You'll receive tracking and a scheduling call from the carrier for large units.

Care, Warranty & Returns

What's covered and how do I care for it? Welds and the cooking chamber carry a limited lifetime warranty; burners, hardware, and components are covered for 5 years. Clean the grates after each cook and keep the grill covered. Standard models can be returned within 30 days; custom builds are non-returnable.
