The Commercial Series 75 is the working version of Le Griddle's 30-inch built-in gas griddle. Two U-shape 304 stainless burners put out 18,000 BTU under a 29-3/8" x 16-1/4" plate — about 477 square inches across two independently controlled zones.

The Commercial Series drops the Pro Series lighting package — no backlit knobs, halogen lights or LED projection — and uses a straightforward push-button ignition instead. Everything that touches food is identical: the same 3mm 304 stainless cooking plate over cast iron with an aluminum base plate, the same U-shape burners, the same 304 stainless housing, the same safety valves with thermocouples. You are paying less for fewer electronics, not for a lesser griddle.

For a lot of installations that is the right trade. A griddle under a covered kitchen with its own task lighting does not need backlit knobs, and a commercial kitchen has no use for an LED brand projection on the floor. The Texas Sea Glass matte bead-blasted finish, the grease disposal holes and the removable dishwasher-safe grease tray all carry over unchanged.

Cut-out is 28-3/4" wide by 16-3/4" deep by 5-3/4" high — identical to the Pro Series 75, so the two are interchangeable in the same cabinetry. Natural gas or propane with conversion orifices included, 3/8" male flare inlet. Use the GFFRAME75 trim kit, or a GFLINER75 from our insulating liners where the surround is combustible.
