Le Griddle Stainless Lid for 105 Series Griddles — OMLLID105

The OMLLID105 covers the full 41-inch span of a 105 Series Le Griddle griddle — the GFE105 and OML105. At this width the lid changes what the appliance is: closed over three zones you have a genuine holding oven big enough to keep an entire service warm, not just a batch.

That is the argument for it on a griddle this size. A 41-inch flat top gets used for volume, and volume means the first thing you cooked has to survive until the last thing is done. Lid down over the low zone, everything holds; lid up, you have the whole surface back.

It is 304 stainless steel, made in the USA, supplied with the lid, handle and all mounting hardware — important on a piece this long, where a mismatched aftermarket handle would flex. The finish matches the griddle so the pair weather together.

The install dimension to verify first: fully open, the lid needs 24" of clearance measured from the front of the griddle cabinet to the back of the lid. On a 41-inch unit that is often the constraint that decides where the griddle sits in the run, so check it against walls, backsplashes and any overhead structure before the cabinetry is final.
