Le Griddle Insulating Liner for 75 Series Griddles — GFLINER75

The GFLINER75 is the insulating liner for 30-inch Le Griddle griddles — the GEE75, GFE75 and OML75. Read this part before you order anything else: if the island or cabinet is built from wood framing, composite panel or a typical prefab kit, this liner is required, not optional. You can only leave it out when the entire surround is non-combustible.

It works by dropping a sealed 304 stainless steel box between the griddle body and your framing, with the gas connection hole already notched out so the supply line still reaches. Heat that would otherwise soak into studs and sheathing stays inside stainless steel instead.

Size it into the island early. The liner measures 32-15/16" wide by 18-11/16" deep by 8-1/16" high overall, with an internal opening of 31-1/2" by 17-1/2" by 7-1/4". That is meaningfully bigger than the griddle alone, and retrofitting one into a finished island is a demolition job rather than an afternoon.

One compatibility rule catches people out constantly: the liner and the GFFRAME75 trim kit do not work together. They are alternatives — line a combustible cabinet, or trim a non-combustible one.
