The Pro Series 105 is the 41-inch flagship of the Le Griddle built-in gas line. Three U-shape 304 stainless burners produce 27,000 BTU beneath a 41" x 16-1/4" plate — about 666 square inches, which is more continuous flat-top than most restaurant lines carry.

Three independently controlled burners give you three real zones across one uninterrupted surface. That is the difference between cooking a meal and cooking a service: proteins searing at one end, vegetables sweating in the middle, finished food holding at the far end, all without moving anything to a second appliance.

The 3mm 304 stainless plate over cast iron with an aluminum base plate keeps heat even the full 41 inches — the thing cheap griddles cannot do at this width. Pro Series trim adds backlit control knobs that read at a glance — red for high, yellow for low, blue for off — plus halogen work lights and an LED brand projection, plus push & spark ignition, three safety valves with thermocouples, a Texas Sea Glass matte bead-blasted finish and a removable dishwasher-safe grease tray.

Cut-out is 40-1/2" wide by 16-3/4" deep by 5-3/4" high. It runs natural gas or propane with conversion orifices included, takes a 3/8" male flare inlet and needs 110V for the lighting.
