The OML75BLKPNL is the matte black fascia for the 30-inch Pro Series. It fits both plate thicknesses — OML75P3 and OML75P6 — and mounts behind the control knobs, so it looks like the finish the griddle shipped with.

The 75 is the size most often built into a run alongside other appliances, and that is where the finish question actually bites. A stainless griddle face between black cabinet doors and a dark grill head is the one element that refuses to line up. Matte black puts it back in sequence with everything around it.
