Le Griddle Wee 16" Electric Griddle — GEE40

The Le Griddle Wee GEE40 is the smallest griddle in the Le Griddle lineup and the easiest to live with. It runs on 1800 watts at 120 volts from a single dedicated 15-amp circuit, so there is no gas line to run and no propane tank to swap — plug it in and cook. That makes it the natural choice for a covered patio, a balcony, a lake house, or any outdoor kitchen where running gas to a griddle station was never going to happen.

Cooking happens on Le Griddle's 16" Dual Plate System: a rolled steel cooking plate bonded over a cast iron back plate. The cast iron holds heat and evens it out, and the steel plate gives you a fast, seasonable surface that browns properly instead of steaming. 252 square inches of cooking space — 16" by 15-3/4" — is enough to feed a group of up to 12 in batches, or to run smash burgers, onions and buns in three zones at once.

The whole body is 304 stainless steel, the same grade used across serious built-in griddles, so it holds up outdoors year after year. The Wee installs into a cabinet cut-out, sits on a countertop, or drops onto the matching GFCART40 portable cart. The stainless lid (OMLLID40) and the trim kit are sold separately, which keeps the base price down and lets you spec only the pieces your installation actually needs.
