What are BroilKing grills made of? Every grill is built from food-grade 304 stainless steel with heavy cast iron cooking grates, hand-assembled and quality-checked in our Upper Midwest workshop for lasting durability.

Ordering & Customization

Can I customize my grill? Yes. Standard configurations ship in 5-10 business days, while custom builds with your choice of cart, side burners, and natural gas or propane conversion take 3-5 weeks.

Shipping & Delivery

How is my grill delivered? BroilKing grills ship via freight throughout the continental US with curbside liftgate delivery. You'll receive tracking details and a scheduling call before your grill arrives.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty do you offer? We back our welds and cooking chamber with a limited lifetime warranty, plus 5 years on hardware, components, and burners. Standard grills have a 30-day return window; custom builds are non-returnable.
