What is a wok ring on an RCS power burner for?
The wok ring on the RCS Cutlass Pro RSB3A and Cutlass Elite CSB3 power burners supports a round-bottomed wok directly over the 60,000 BTU flame. Without it a round wok will not sit stable on a flat grate. The ring lifts off when you want to use conventional flat-bottomed pots and pans.
What is the difference between RCS Premier, Cutlass Pro and Cutlass Elite burners?
