RCS is proud to provide the industry’s most comprehensive warranty.
All RCS American Renaissance Grills, Cutlass Pro Series Grills and Cutlass Pro Series side burners, sinks, briquette trays, as well as ALL doors and drawers are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the original owner.
All RCS Premier Series Grills and Premier Series Side Burners are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 15 years to the original owner.
All RCS Refrigeration products are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 7 years to the original owner.
All other products carry a one-year warranty to the original owner.
This RCS warranty is effective for product sales beginning April 14th, 2025.

This warranty excludes normal surface corrosion, discoloration, surface scratches and surface rust which may occur. Improper maintenance, salt spray, chemicals, pesticides will affect the look and integrity of the components of these products. RCS will not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of not following owner’s manual instructions. This non-transferrable warranty is limited to the replacement of original (one-time) defective parts, does not include shipping and labor to remove or install replacement parts, if necessary. The owner must retain and submit their original receipt with any warranty claim to receive warranty parts. The warranty applies to the original owner only. Description
The RCS Cutlass Pro 30" Built-In Grill is designed for both weekend cooks and professional chefs, offering high-end performance, durability, and ease of use. Crafted from 304 stainless steel, this grill is built to withstand the elements and provide years of reliable grilling.
Featuring three cast stainless steel burners, solid stainless steel rod cooking grids, and a stainless steel warming rack, this grill delivers consistent, even heat. New for 2024, the briquette tray burner covers replace the previous V-shape burner covers for superior heat control and distribution.
Additional features include a rear infrared rotisserie burner with motor and spit rod, heat zone separators, interior halogen lights, and LED-illuminated control knobs for precision grilling. The Sure-Strike ignition system ensures a reliable startup every time, and the full-length slide-out drip tray makes cleanup effortless.
An optional infrared searing burner upgrade is available. If installing in a combustible cabinet, an insulating liner is required for safety.

What island opening does the RON30B require?
33" wide, 20" deep, 11" high, plus 23" of hood clearance above the grill for the lid to open freely.
What is the burner configuration?
Three cast stainless steel burners rated 15,000 BTUs apiece, 45,000 BTUs total. Each burner has its own control on the panel.
How much grate space is there?
The cooking surface measures 30" by 20". Stainless steel zone separators sit between the burners so temperature zones stay distinct.
What are the briquette trays for?
Three briquette trays act as burner covers, spreading heat and vaporizing drippings. New for 2024, they replaced the V-shape burner covers used on earlier versions of this grill.
Does it include everything for rotisserie cooking?
Yes. A ceramic rear infrared rotisserie burner is built in and the kit includes the motor, spit and forks.
What kind of grids does it use?
Solid stainless steel rod grids, with a stainless steel warming rack above.
Can I cook on it at night?
Interior halogen lights light the cooking chamber and the control knobs are LED illuminated in blue.
Is an insulating liner needed?
If the grill goes into a combustible cabinet, yes. The 30" liner jacket for RON30B and CEG30 grills is sized for this cutout.
How does cleanup work?
A full-length slide-out drip tray runs beneath the burners and pulls out the front of the island. An analog temperature indicator on the hood covers the other half of routine use.
Can I upgrade one burner to infrared for searing?
An optional infrared searing burner upgrade is listed for this grill. Note your model designation before ordering so the burner matches.
Is the same grill available on a cart?
Yes. The Cutlass Pro 30 freestanding cart grill uses the same three-burner 45,000 BTU cooking system on a rolling cart, if an island build is not in the plan.
