Le Griddle Pro Series 40 Matte Black Front Panel — OML40BLKPNL
The OML40BLKPNL replaces the stainless fascia on a Pro Series 40 with matte black. It mounts behind the control knobs, so the result reads as a factory finish rather than a panel stuck on the front.
On the smallest Le Griddle built-in this matters more than you would expect. The 40 is only about 15 inches of cooking surface, so the control face is a large share of what you actually see. In a dark island a bright stainless band at that proportion is the first thing your eye lands on; in matte black the griddle reads as a single dark rectangle and the countertop keeps the attention.
