Coyote Power Burner vs. Single & Double Side Burners: Which Is Best for Your Outdoor Kitchen?
Choose Coyote C3SB for one cooking position, C3DB for two separate pans, or C3PB for approved larger cookware and optional wok cooking. For a saucepan: C3SB
The single side burner is the starting point when you need one position for a pot. Consider the pans you actually use, the opening and utility requirements before ordering. If the task is usually warming one sauce, the second position of a double may not earn its added cost.
For two dishes: C3DB
The double provides separate positions for two pans, such as vegetables and sauce. The 30,000 BTU total represents two 15,000 BTU burners. Do not treat it as that total beneath a single stockpot or assume that wider cookware can safely bridge the positions.
For a larger cooking station: C3PB
Coyote describes C3PB as a 60,000 BTU power burner with optional CWOK and CTEP cooking accessories. Shortlist it when approved stockpot or wok capability matches your meals. Confirm the actual cookware dimensions, support arrangement and working height before purchase.
The same manufacturer's sell sheet contains an inconsistent descriptive burner line, but its fuel specification table and C3PB installation guide both identify 60,000 BTU total. Use the rating plate and current documents for the supplied unit when planning.

A listed jacket is an installation component, not a weather cover. Confirm compatibility and the liner opening for your model. Check whether a jacket is required by the enclosure conditions before construction; it does not remove the remaining installation requirements.
Fit comes before the order
Nominal size is not cutout width. Measure the existing opening in width, depth and height, identify the enclosure materials and check Coyote's installation drawing. The C3PB guide shows different openings with and without the approved jacket. Have the installer assess gas supply and power requirements before selecting the appliance.

Does the double replace the power burner?
It gives you two separate pans. The power burner is a different cooking arrangement for approved cookware and attachments.
Is a wok included with C3PB?
Do not assume so. Check the order contents; CWOK is listed as an optional accessory.
