Artisan Cover Compatibility Guide

Artisan covers are listed by 26-, 32-, 36- or 42-inch size and built-in or freestanding cart configuration. Confirm the grill series and model as well as the size before ordering.

Use the current Northwoods Grills cover listings below to narrow your selection. Model numbers, accessories and generation changes matter; entries that call for confirmation should be checked before purchase. Updated October 12, 2026.

Built-in CV and cart CVC listings

The ART-32CV listing is for a 32-inch built-in grill; ART-32CVC is the cart listing. The same built-in versus cart distinction appears at the other sizes in this guide. The catalog lists 32- and 36-inch covers for American Eagle and Professional configurations, but the exact model and generation should still be checked.

For the 26-inch range, identify your American Eagle grill rather than assuming that every Artisan series exists in that size. The 42-inch range requires particular care: current manufacturer pages and older catalog designations are not always consistent, so request confirmation for ART-42 or an unfamiliar generation.

The 18-inch power burner and double side burner use their own fitted covers.

How to confirm your cover fit

  1. Find the model and serial label on your grill or appliance.
  2. Confirm the series, nominal size and built-in or cart configuration.
  3. For a cart, identify shelves, attached burners and the cart model; for an island, check protruding hood and countertop features.
  4. Match the complete cover listing. If the model is absent or the setup is custom, send us photos before ordering.

Common Artisan cover questions

Can I choose a cover by width alone?

No. Nominal grill size is not a complete cover measurement. The hood shape, control panel, cart and accessories can change the fit.

Will the same cover fit another brand?

These listings do not establish cross-brand compatibility. Choose the cover listed for your appliance or request a fit check.

What if my model is not shown?

Send the full model number, a front and side photo, and details of the cart or island. We can help check the correct cover before you buy.

When should I put the cover on?

Allow the appliance to cool completely and follow its care instructions. Let the appliance and cover dry when possible, and check periodically for trapped moisture.
