About Our Craftsmanship

What are Fire Magic grills made from? They are built from 304 stainless steel with food-grade stainless and cast iron grates, designed for durability and high, even heat in any climate.

Ordering & Customization

Can I customize my Fire Magic grill? Yes. We offer built-in and freestanding configurations, plus natural gas or propane options. Standard builds ship in 5-10 business days; custom orders take 3-5 weeks.

Shipping & Delivery

How is my grill shipped? Fire Magic units ship via freight throughout the continental US with liftgate and curbside delivery. You will receive tracking details once your order leaves our shop.

Care, Warranty & Returns

What warranty comes with Fire Magic grills? We provide a limited lifetime warranty on welds and the cooking chamber, plus 5 years on hardware, components, and burners. Standard units have a 30-day return window; custom builds are non-returnable.
