RCS Cover Compatibility Guide

Choose RCS covers by the exact Premier, Cutlass Pro or Cutlass Elite model and its built-in or cart configuration. Cover part-number sizes do not always match the grill's nominal width.

Use the current Northwoods Grills cover listings below to narrow your selection. Model numbers, accessories and generation changes matter; entries that call for confirmation should be checked before purchase. Updated October 12, 2026.

Important RCS model distinctions

GC30DI is listed by RCS for several 30- and 32-inch built-in models. GC38DI is currently listed by RCS for 38-inch Cutlass models and the RJC40A/RJC40AL built-in Premier models. For a 42-inch RON42A/B built-in, RCS lists GC42DI; confirm availability before ordering.

For carts, GC40C is the 40-inch Premier listing. RCS explicitly excludes those Premier carts from GC42C, which is listed for CEG38, RON38A/B and RON42A/B cart configurations. Do not select GC42C simply because its number is larger.

Because older model suffixes and cover listings can differ, send a model-label photo if yours does not exactly match the fit statement below.

How to confirm your cover fit

  1. Find the model and serial label on your grill or appliance.
  2. Confirm the series, nominal size and built-in or cart configuration.
  3. For a cart, identify shelves, attached burners and the cart model; for an island, check protruding hood and countertop features.
  4. Match the complete cover listing. If the model is absent or the setup is custom, send us photos before ordering.

Common RCS cover questions

Can I choose a cover by width alone?

No. Nominal grill size is not a complete cover measurement. The hood shape, control panel, cart and accessories can change the fit.

Will the same cover fit another brand?

These listings do not establish cross-brand compatibility. Choose the cover listed for your appliance or request a fit check.

What if my model is not shown?

Send the full model number, a front and side photo, and details of the cart or island. We can help check the correct cover before you buy.

When should I put the cover on?

Allow the appliance to cool completely and follow its care instructions. Let the appliance and cover dry when possible, and check periodically for trapped moisture.
