A double-door storage cabinet for outdoor kitchen islands, built from 304-grade stainless steel. It mounts beneath a built-in grill and gives you enclosed access to propane tanks, fuel, utensils and cleaning supplies without leaving the cooking area.

Requires a finished island opening of 30.63" wide by 19.38" high. Confirm your cutout before framing — the masonry edge overlaps the opening, so the rough opening should be cut to the cutout dimension, not the overall dimension.

What cutout does the CBADD require?
A finished island opening of 30.63" wide by 19.5" high. Confirm the framing before you cut, because the door cannot be adjusted to a larger hole after the fact.
Should the rough opening be 33" x 22" or 30.63" x 19.5"?
30.63" by 19.5". The 33" x 22" figure is the overall size of the unit, and the masonry edge overlaps the opening, so cutting to the overall dimension leaves an edge with nothing to sit on.
Which Bonfire grills does it install beneath?
The Bonfire Prime 500, the Whistler 3 and the Whistler 4 built-in grills. It is a built-in, under-grill mount rather than a freestanding cabinet.
Can I keep a propane tank behind these doors?
Bonfire lists propane tanks, fuel, utensils and cleaning supplies as what the enclosed space is meant to hold. It keeps them out of the weather and inside the island rather than beside it.
If tank storage is the main reason you are buying, compare it against purpose-built propane tank storage options as well.
What does the masonry edge do?
It finishes the door against stone, tile or stucco island facing by lapping over the cut edge of the opening, which is what gives a built island a clean line at the doors.
Is a towel rack part of the unit?
Yes. The integrated towel rack keeps a cloth within reach of the grill, and it is included rather than an add-on.
What hardware is on the doors?
Two doors with ergonomic handles, hung on heavy-duty 304 stainless steel hinges. The body is the same 304-grade stainless, which is why it can be left exposed year-round.
Is there a black version of this door?
Yes. The CBADD-B is the Black Series equivalent, with the same 30.63" x 19.5" cutout.
