The Sunstone double door base cabinet w/shelf and reversible top drawer or false panel offer lots of needed storage space for your outdoor kitchen island and easy access with the center shelf, you can store and categorize multiple items to keep it clean and tidy. This cabinet comes with a single full-depth shelf which is easily removed to allow most sinks or ice chests including the Sunstone standard sink item no. B-SK20 or the commercial quality sink item no. B-PS21 while all plumbing can be installed by removing the covered floor utility access hole. The top-false panel is perfect for covering up unsightly sink basins or other plumbing of all appliances.
All Sunstone cabinets are easily installed with simple pin-locks, simply lift, and drop each cabinet into each other, no tools are required for much of the installation process and most cabinet configurations can be set up in less than an hour. For full-bull nose counters – simply remove each of the cabinet counter-rail seen as the top horizontal column and overlap the counter over the front edge making for some elegant added features. The cabinet comes completely set up, only fasten the door handle, hand-screw each adjustable leg in place, and snap on the front and back kick-plates.

What widths does the SBC-CDD come in?
Three: 24", 30" and 36", ordered as SBC24CDD, SBC30CDD and SBC36CDD. Each has its own spec sheet, so confirm the model code matches the opening you framed.
What does "reversible top drawer or false panel" mean?
The top section can be a working drawer or a fixed 6" false panel. You choose the orientation at installation depending on whether you want storage there or a blank face.
Why would I want the false panel instead of the drawer?
Because a sink basin or the plumbing of a top-mounted appliance takes up exactly the space a drawer would use. The false panel covers that hardware and keeps the front of the island looking uniform.
Can I install a sink or an ice chest in the top?
Yes. The single full-depth shelf lifts out to clear the interior, and the description names the B-SK20 standard sink and the B-PS21 commercial quality sink as inserts this cabinet takes.
How do I run the plumbing?
Remove the cover from the floor utility access hole in the base and run supply and drain lines through it.
Is the interior shelf fixed?
No, the center shelf is removable. With it in, you get two levels of storage behind the doors; with it out, the full height is clear.
How does it install?
