Frequently Asked Questions
What is the 2024 hingeless design?
TrueFlame's updated door front, with the hinge concealed behind the panel and a new handle. From the front you see two flat stainless panels and no hinge hardware.
What cutout do I frame for it?
27.375" wide by 19.375" high. The doors measure 30" wide, 22" high and 1.82" deep overall.
How heavy is it?
23 lbs. Worth knowing before you lift it into a chest-height opening on your own.
Why double-walled steel?
Strength and weather resistance. The second wall of #304 stainless keeps each panel rigid so it does not oil-can when you pull the handle.
What keeps the doors closed?
Magnetic latches on both leaves.
How does it mount?
Flush, into the island face, for a built-in appearance rather than a surface-mounted box.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.

I was caught in a bind with a DIFFERENT provider, and Ryan was able to get me exactly what I needed, he reached out to the manufacturer for me to confirm specs and had my shipment mailed out same day. If you’re in the market for any outdoor kitchen needs, look no further than Northwoods!
