Le Griddle Ranch Hand 30" 2-Burner Electric Griddle — GEE75

The Ranch Hand GEE75 is the 30-inch electric griddle in the Le Griddle line — the one that gives you a real two-zone flat top with nothing more than a pair of outlets. Two independent 1800W heating zones sit under a 29-3/8" x 15-3/4" surface, about 463 square inches of food-certified 304 stainless steel.

Two zones with separate 0–100% controls is what makes it useful rather than novel. Sear on one half, hold on the other; run pancakes low while bacon crisps hot. Electric heat is also steadier than gas at low settings, which is exactly what you want for eggs, onions and anything you are trying not to scorch.

The practical catch is power. Each zone has its own 120V plug and needs its own dedicated 15-amp circuit — two circuits, not one. Get an electrician to confirm before you build it in. In exchange there is no gas line, no propane tank, and no combustion, so it works indoors as readily as out.

It installs three ways: built into a cut-out of 28-3/4" by 16-3/4" by 5-3/4", sitting on a countertop, or dropped onto the GFCART75 portable cart. The GFFRAME75 trim kit finishes a built-in face and the OMLLID75 lid turns it into a closed cooking chamber. Compare it with the gas models in our built-in griddles, or see the whole category in outdoor griddles.

Le Griddle Ranch Hand - 2 Burner Electric Griddle

Frequently Asked Questions

What electrical supply does the Ranch Hand need?

Two dedicated 15-amp 120V circuits — one for each plug, not one circuit shared between them.

This is the specification to confirm with an electrician before the griddle is built in, because it is the single most common surprise on this model.

How much cooking area is there?

29-3/8" by 15-3/4", about 463 square inches of food-certified 304 stainless steel.

How are the two zones controlled?

Each 1800W zone has its own 0–100% control, 3,600W across the pair.

You can sear on one half and hold on the other, and electric heat is steadier than gas at low settings, which helps with eggs and onions.

What cut-out does it need if I build it in?

28-3/4" wide by 16-3/4" deep by 5-3/4" high.

Does it have to be built in?

No. It installs three ways: into a cut-out, on a countertop, or dropped onto the GFCART75 portable cart.

Is a lid included?

No. The OMLLID75 lid is sold separately and turns the griddle into a closed cooking chamber.

How do I finish a built-in installation?

With the GFFRAME75 trim kit, which finishes the face around the cut-out.

Is it safe to use indoors?

Yes. There is no combustion, no gas line and no propane tank, so the GEE75 is rated for indoor or outdoor use.

Do I need to run a gas line for it?

No. A pair of outlets is the whole supply requirement.

Will it fit an opening cut for the gas 75 models?

Yes. The Ranch Hand shares the 28-3/4" cut-out width used across the Le Griddle 75 Series gas griddles.

Will it hold up outside?

The surface and housing are 304 stainless steel and Le Griddle rates the unit as weather resistant.
