Le Griddle Portable Cart for 75 Series Griddles — GFCART75
The GFCART75 is the freestanding base for 30-inch Le Griddle griddles — the GEE75, GFE75 and OML75. It gives a two-burner griddle a proper home without committing you to building an outdoor kitchen around it.
The frame is 304 stainless steel in a brushed finish, which hides fingerprints better than a mirror polish and stands up to weather the way the griddle itself does. Two folding side shelves carry roughly 20 lbs each, giving you landing space on both sides of the cooking surface — the thing you miss most when a griddle sits on a bare table.
Folded down it measures 31-3/4" wide; with both shelves out you get 60-3/4" of counter. Four swivel casters, two locking, handle the 77 lb cart easily on a patio or deck. At 34" high it matches standard counter height, so it works alongside the rest of your outdoor griddles.

Why is the stainless brushed rather than polished?

Do I get the griddle with this?
No. The cart is sold on its own, and the griddle and lid are separate. The matching hood for these three models is the 75 Series stainless lid.
Can I lock the wheels?
Two of the four casters have locking brakes, and all four swivel. Position the cart, set the brakes, and it will not drift mid-cook.
What height and depth should I plan for?
34" high and 17-1/4" deep. Counter height means it lines up with adjoining surfaces, and the shallow depth lets it sit against a wall when the shelves are folded.
