Keep your grill running hot and your controls protected with the RCS 36" Wind Guard (RWGM). Engineered from durable 304 stainless steel, this wind guard blocks gusts from entering the rear of your grill—preventing the heat from being pushed toward the front, where it can overheat the control panel, melt knobs and LED lights, and damage gas valves. If you cook in a breezy backyard or exposed patio, it's an easy upgrade that helps your grill perform better and last longer.
The guard's bottom panel slides neatly under the back of the grill for a stable, secure fit, and the 304 stainless construction stands up to the elements season after season. Measuring 36" wide x 20-1/2" high, with 12" deep side walls and a 5-3/4" deep bottom panel, it's purpose-built for RCS's popular 26" and 32" grills. Some assembly is required.
Compatible with: RCS CEG30, RCG32, RJC26A, RJC32A/L, RMC28, and RON30A/RON30B grills.
This wind guard is a perfect companion for RCS grills. Explore more in our RCS Cart Grills and RCS Built-In Grills collections, browse the full RCS lineup, or round out your setup with more Grilling Accessories.

RCS 36" Wind Guard RWGM - For RJC26A, RJC32A, RON30B and CEG30
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a wind guard actually do for my grill?
It blocks gusts from entering the rear of the grill, which is what pushes heat forward toward the control panel.
That forward heat is what overheats the panel, melts knobs and LED lights and damages gas valves. If your patio is exposed or breezy, the guard is protecting the parts that are expensive to replace.
Which RCS grills does the RWGM fit?
It is listed for the RCS CEG30, RCG32, RJC26A, RJC32A/L, RMC28 and RON30A/RON30B.
Check your grill's model designation before ordering, then browse the matching units in RCS cart grills and RCS built-in grills.
What are the wind guard's dimensions?
36" wide by 20-1/2" high, with 12"-deep side walls and a 5-3/4"-deep bottom panel.
Allow for the side walls when you plan clearance behind the grill, since they project forward along both sides rather than sitting flat against the back.
How does it mount?
The bottom panel slides under the back of the grill, which holds the guard in position.
Some assembly is required, so plan on putting the panels together before you set the grill back down on it.
Do I need the 36-inch or the 48-inch guard?
The 36-inch RWGM covers the 26-inch and 32-inch RCS grills. For the larger 38-inch and 40-inch grills, the 48" Wind Guard RWGL is the matching size.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
