All RCS American Renaissance Grills, Cutlass Pro Series Grills and Cutlass Pro Series side burners, sinks, briquette trays, as well as ALL doors and drawers are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the original owner.
All RCS Premier Series Grills and Premier Series Side Burners are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 15 years to the original owner.
All RCS Refrigeration products are warrantied to be free from manufacturer defects for 7 years to the original owner.
All other products carry a one-year warranty to the original owner.
This RCS warranty is effective for product sales beginning April 14th, 2025.

This warranty excludes normal surface corrosion, discoloration, surface scratches and surface rust which may occur. Improper maintenance, salt spray, chemicals, pesticides will affect the look and integrity of the components of these products. RCS will not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of not following owner’s manual instructions. This non-transferrable warranty is limited to the replacement of original (one-time) defective parts, does not include shipping and labor to remove or install replacement parts, if necessary. The owner must retain and submit their original receipt with any warranty claim to receive warranty parts. The warranty applies to the original owner only. Designed for convenience, this grill includes a Sure-Strike ignition system with manual flash tubes for dependable startup. The oversized easy-turn control knobs provide effortless temperature adjustments, while the solid stainless steel cooking grids and warming rack ensure excellent heat retention. The briquette flavor grids enhance the taste of your food by evenly distributing heat and reducing flare-ups.

What size opening do I need to build for the RJC26A?
The cutout is 23 1/2" wide by 21 1/4" deep by 8 1/4" high. The grill head itself measures 26" wide by 21 1/4" deep by 8 1/4" high, so the face laps roughly 1 1/4" over each side of the opening.
Frame the island to the cutout figures rather than the 26" overall width.
How many burners does the 26" Premier have, and how much heat do they make?
Three stainless steel tubular burners producing 36,000 BTUs together. That output is spread across a compact 26" head, which is why this size suits smaller islands and bar-height counters rather than crowd cooking.
How much cooking area do I get?
546 square inches of cooking surface. A stainless steel warming rack sits above the main grids, so you can hold finished food up top while something else sears below.
Is the RJC26A natural gas or propane?
Either. It is offered in both configurations and the fuel type is convertible between natural gas and propane, so an island plumbed for one fuel today is not a dead end later.
What are the cooking grids made of?
Solid stainless steel. Solid grids hold heat rather than shedding it when cold food hits them, and the same stainless is used for the warming rack above.
How does this grill light?
It uses a Sure-Strike ignition system with manual flash tubes. The flash tubes give you a second way to get a burner going without a lighter reach-in.
What do the briquette flavor grids actually do?
They sit over the burners, spread heat evenly and cut down flare-ups by keeping drippings off the open flame. They are standard equipment on this grill, not an add-on.
Can an infrared searing burner be added to this model?
The listing includes an optional infrared searing burner upgrade for the Premier Series. Confirm the model designation stamped on your grill before ordering any burner so you get the right part number.
How does grease get out of the grill?
A full-width slide-out drip tray runs the length of the firebox. You pull it out from the front of the island, which matters when the grill is surrounded by masonry on three sides.
What does "drop-in" mean for installation?
The RJC26A is a grill head only, built to drop into a finished counter or island opening at the 23 1/2" x 21 1/4" cutout. There is no cart or pedestal in the equation, so the island has to carry the grill and route the gas line to it.
Is there a version of this grill that does not need an island?
