That is what the vertical layout is for. Stacking three drawers into a 14.43" wide opening fits runs where a horizontal drawer set has nowhere to go.
Can it stay outside permanently?
It is 304-grade stainless steel throughout and rated for permanent outdoor installation, which is the difference between an outdoor drawer stack and an indoor cabinet drawer.
How does it compare to the trash drawer in the same size?
