TrueFlame Cover Compatibility Guide

TrueFlame cover selection separates 25-, 32- and 40-inch grills from the 30-inch griddle, then separates built-in appliances from freestanding cart setups. Choose the cover for the appliance you own.

Use the current Northwoods Grills cover listings below to narrow your selection. Model numbers, accessories and generation changes matter; entries that call for confirmation should be checked before purchase. Updated October 12, 2026.

Grill and griddle covers are separate

TFGC-25, TFGC-32 and TFGC-40 are the built-in grill listings. CARTCOV-TF25, CARTCOV-TF32 and CARTCOV-TF40 are the cart listings. The 30-inch griddle uses TFGC-GRID30 built-in or CARTCOV-TFGRID30 on its cart.

Check the full appliance model and generation. If your grill is from the TFE range or another version not explicitly named in the selected cover listing, ask us to verify fit. Do not assume a shared TrueFlame name guarantees compatibility.

A double side burner or power burner requires its own cover. Duct covers for ventilation hoods are metal installation components and are not weather covers; they are excluded from this chart.

How to confirm your cover fit

  1. Find the model and serial label on your grill or appliance.
  2. Confirm the series, nominal size and built-in or cart configuration.
  3. For a cart, identify shelves, attached burners and the cart model; for an island, check protruding hood and countertop features.
  4. Match the complete cover listing. If the model is absent or the setup is custom, send us photos before ordering.

Common TrueFlame cover questions

Can I choose a cover by width alone?

No. Nominal grill size is not a complete cover measurement. The hood shape, control panel, cart and accessories can change the fit.

Will the same cover fit another brand?

These listings do not establish cross-brand compatibility. Choose the cover listed for your appliance or request a fit check.

What if my model is not shown?

Send the full model number, a front and side photo, and details of the cart or island. We can help check the correct cover before you buy.

When should I put the cover on?

Allow the appliance to cool completely and follow its care instructions. Let the appliance and cover dry when possible, and check periodically for trapped moisture.
