TrueFlame Deluxe Grill Cover for 40" Built-In Grills FAQs
Will this cover my 40-inch grill?
Yes, if it is the built-in version. Model TFGC-40 is tailored to the TrueFlame 40" built-in grill head and is the largest of the built-in covers in this range.
What does the felt backing do?
It sits between the vinyl and your stainless so the cover does not scuff the finish. On a 40" head there is a lot of surface for a bare cover to rub against.
Is the vinyl waterproof?
It is water-resistant, which is what shields the hood and control panel from rain, sun and debris between cooks.
Does it fit a 40-inch cart grill?
No. This is the built-in cover, cut to the grill head. A 40" grill on a cart takes the freestanding 40" cover, which continues down over the cart body.
TrueFlame Warranty

Returns: 30 days on eligible items, 20% restocking fee, outbound shipping not refunded. Read the return policy.

I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
