What is this cover made from?

Does it fit my 30-inch griddle?
It fits the 30-inch TrueFlame freestanding griddle in its deluxe cart, and similarly sized 30-inch freestanding griddle carts. The part number is CARTCOV-TFGRID30.
The pairing it is cut for is the 30-inch griddle head in the TF-GRID30 griddle cart. Check your cart dimensions if you are running a different base.
Can I use this on a built-in 30-inch griddle?
No. This cover is sized to enclose the griddle and the cart together. A griddle dropped into an island needs the built-in 30-inch griddle cover, which stops at the griddle body.
How heavy is it?
Five pounds. It is light enough to handle with one arm, which is the reason it goes on and off easily between cooks.
Is a griddle cover worth using year-round?
A griddle plate is the surface you cook directly on, so keeping rain and debris off it between uses is the point of the cover. Regular use significantly extends the life of the griddle and its cart.
