Frequently Asked Questions
Which grill does the CARTCOV-TF40 cover?
The 40-inch TrueFlame freestanding grill on the deluxe cart, plus similarly sized 40-inch freestanding grill carts. It is the largest of the freestanding covers in this line.
Its intended match is the 40-inch TrueFlame cart grill. Confirm your cart width if your grill came from another series.
How much does the cover weigh?
Five pounds. On a grill this wide that still means you can lift it clear with one hand rather than dragging it across the lid.
What does it protect against?
Rain, sun and dust. The shell is resilient, water-resistant black vinyl, and the soft felt backing inside keeps the grill's finish from being scratched by the cover itself.
Will it work on a 40-inch built-in grill?
No. This one is cut to go over the grill and its cart together. A 40-inch grill installed in an island needs the built-in 40-inch cover.
Does covering the grill actually make a difference on a cart model?
Carts sit fully exposed on all four sides, so they take more weather than a grill sunk into an island. Consistent use of the cover significantly extends the life of both the grill and the cart underneath it.

I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
