The Primo Cart Base with Basket for Oval XX-Large is the cart on its own, sized for the biggest grill in the Oval range. No shelves, no top — just the base and the basket the title names, which is what you want if the XX-Large is going to stand next to an existing counter or outdoor kitchen run.
An XX-Large is a serious piece of ceramic, and where it sits tends to be a permanent decision. A cart base is the freestanding answer: the grill has its own dedicated support rather than borrowing a table, and the basket underneath gives the charcoal bag, the ash tool and the deflector plates somewhere to live between cooks instead of the garage floor.

Does this cart fit the Oval XX-Large only?
Yes. It is listed for the Oval XX-Large and no other size. The X-Large and Large share a cart between them, but the XX-Large does not join that pair — it has its own. Ordering an X-Large cart for an XX-Large grill is one of the more expensive size mistakes to make, so check before you buy.
Are side shelves included with this cart?
No. This is the base and basket alone. If you want stainless surfaces either side of the grill, the XX-Large cart base with stainless steel side shelves is the listing that includes them, bought as one item rather than as two parts you assemble from separate orders.
Can I buy shelves for it separately afterwards?

The cart is the heavier arrangement and its listing names a basket; the cradle and side tables is a simpler frame that comes with a table on either side. Both stand the grill up on its own. Choose the cart for storage underneath, the cradle for surface without the extra structure.
Does the XX-Large grill come with it?
No, the cart is sold as support on its own. You are buying it to put a grill head into, whether you already own one or are ordering both together. Primo also sells XX-Large All-In-One packages that include their own stand, so those do not need a cart base like this one.
