The Primo Cradle and Side Tables for Oval XX-Large holds the biggest Oval in a freestanding frame and puts a table on each side of it. Both parts are in this one listing, so it is a complete support: the grill is off the ground and the working space is already there.
A cradle is the simpler of the two ways Primo stands an XX-Large up. It is a frame that takes the grill and carries its tables, without the basket structure the cart base listing describes. Fewer parts, and the tables come as part of the deal rather than as a separate purchase.
On a grill this size the tables get used constantly. XX-Large cooks tend to be the long ones — overnight briskets, a full load of shoulders, big batches of ribs — and every one of them involves lifting hot deflector plates out, wrapping something, or staging trays going on and coming off. All of that wants a surface next to the lid, because every trip indoors is heat leaving the grill.
It holds the Primo Oval XX-Large ceramic charcoal grill, and nothing else in the range. The alternatives at this size are the Primo Cart Base with Basket for Oval XX-Large and the same cart with stainless steel side shelves, or the Primo cypress countertop table for the Oval XX-Large. Protection for it is in grill covers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this cradle fit my Primo Oval XX-Large?
Yes, the XX-Large is the size it is listed for. Primo makes a separate cradle for the Oval X-Large and another for the Large, and those will not hold an XX-Large. The XX-Large is the largest grill in the range, so its support is unique to it — check the size word before ordering.
Are the side tables included or sold separately?
Included. The title names the cradle and the side tables together, so this listing is both. You are not adding a surface afterwards the way you would with a bare cart base, which is one of the reasons people choose a cradle over a cart in the first place.
What is the difference between a cradle and a cart base?
Structure and what comes with it. The cradle is the simpler frame and arrives with tables on both sides. The cart base listing names a basket instead, and its side shelves are either included in a combined listing or absent. Both give the XX-Large a permanent freestanding home.
Does the grill come with the cradle?
No. This is the support on its own, bought to hold an Oval XX-Large grill you own or are ordering at the same time. Primo also sells XX-Large All-In-One packages that arrive with their own stand, which is a different route to the same freestanding result.
Can I use an X-Large cradle under an XX-Large grill?
No. Primo sizes each cradle to one grill, and an XX-Large is meaningfully bigger than an X-Large. Putting a heavy ceramic cooker in a frame that was not made for it is not a risk worth taking, so buy the cradle whose title matches the grill's name exactly.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
