The Primo Cradle for Round is the frame that holds the Round ceramic charcoal grill and stands it up on its own. Note what the title says and does not say: this is the cradle by itself. Primo's three Oval cradles are listed as cradle and side tables; this one is not, so plan your work surface separately.
That is the main thing to weigh up before buying. Ceramic cooking involves putting hot things down — a grate lifted out to add charcoal, a deflector coming off when you switch to direct heat — so a counter, a table or a nearby bench beside the grill is not optional so much as unavoidable. If you have that already, the cradle is the least complicated way to get a Round off the ground.

Does this cradle fit any grill other than the Round?
No. It is made for the Round, and only the Round. It is not for the Oval Junior, which is a different shape of firebox despite being the closest in size. Primo's Oval sizes each have their own cradle listing, so if your grill is an Oval of any size this is not the part you want.
Does this cradle include side tables?
No. The title is the cradle alone, unlike Primo's Oval cradle listings, which name side tables as part of the product. Take that at face value and arrange work surface beside the grill some other way — a counter, a bench or an existing outdoor table next to where the cradle stands.
What are my other options for standing a Round up?
The Primo Round All-In-One package is sold as a complete freestanding setup rather than as a grill head plus a separate support. Alternatively, the Round can be built into a masonry or timber surround, in which case ceramic feet rather than a cradle are what the installation calls for.
