Le Griddle Pro Series 75 Built-In Gas Griddle, 3mm Plate — OML75P3
The Pro Series 75 is the 30-inch middle of the Le Griddle built-in range and the size most outdoor kitchens end up wanting. Two U-shape 304 stainless burners deliver 18,000 BTU across a 29-3/8" x 16-1/4" plate — roughly 477 square inches, and independently controlled, so you can run a hot searing zone at one end and a low holding zone at the other.
Two zones is the whole argument for this size. Onions and peppers hold on the left while burgers sear on the right; pancakes cook low while bacon crisps hot. The 3mm 304 stainless plate over cast iron and an aluminum base plate keeps each zone even edge to edge, and the thinner plate responds quickly when you move a knob.
Pro Series trim means backlit control knobs that read at a glance — red for high, yellow for low, blue for off — plus halogen work lights and an LED brand projection, along with a Texas Sea Glass matte bead-blasted surface that hides the scuffs a working griddle picks up. Each burner has its own safety valve and thermocouple, ignition is push & spark, and the grease tray is removable and dishwasher-safe.
Cut-out is 28-3/4" wide by 16-3/4" deep by 5-3/4" high, gas is natural or propane with orifices in the box, and 110V powers the lighting. Combustible cabinetry needs the GFLINER75 — see our insulating liners — and the GFFRAME75 trim kit finishes a non-combustible opening. More sizes in our built-in griddles.

Does it require electricity?
Yes, 110V to power the lighting. The transformer is included.
Is propane an option?

Does it need a liner in my island?
Only where the cabinetry is combustible, in which case the GFLINER75 is required — that is the 75 Series insulating liner.
