Summerset Grill Cover for 40" Built-In Grills GRILLCOV-40D
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the right cover for a 40-inch Summerset built-in?
Yes, GRILLCOV-40D is made for 40" Summerset built-in grills, including the Sizzler, Sizzler Pro, TRL and TRLPRO series. Confirm your grill is the 40-inch model and not the 32, since the covers are cut to size.
Does it cover the doors and island below the grill?
No. This is a built-in cover, so it covers the grill head that sits in your island. A grill on a freestanding cart needs the full-length cart cover instead.
What is the material and color?
Black heavy-duty 2-ply PVC/vinyl, rated 100% water-resistant with UV protection to hold off fading and discoloration.
How does it fasten?
With a drawstring or elastic closure. It pulls in under the grill head so the cover stays seated in wind instead of flapping loose.
What protects the stainless underneath?
A soft flannel or polyester lining on the inside face. It guards the hood and control panel finish from scratches while you are getting the cover on and off. Other sizes are grouped in grill covers.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
