How much heat do the burners produce?
Three U-tube burners rated 20,000 BTUs each, 60,000 BTUs in total. Individual burner output is high here, so each of the three zones has real searing power rather than only the middle one.
Are the rear burner and rotisserie included?
Yes, both. The rear IR burner and the rotisserie system come with this configuration, which is what lets you slow-roast without buying anything else.
What size is the cooking surface?
About 692 square inches of total cooking space, of which 535 square inches is the main grilling area.
What are the overall dimensions?
56 inches wide, 24.63 inches deep and 49 inches high. It sits lower than the Sizzler carts, which is worth knowing if the grill will live under a low overhang.
What does the whole unit weigh?
270 pounds with the cart. Heavy-duty casters carry it and the locking wheels hold it still, but pick its spot with care.
Is the cart the same steel as the grill?
Yes. Both the TRL Pro 32 grill and the CART-TRL32-DC cart are #304 stainless steel, so the finish ages at the same rate top and bottom.
What storage does the deluxe cart have?
Double drawers plus a storage cabinet, which is a different arrangement from the double-door carts under the Sizzler grills. Drawers keep tools and accessories sorted instead of piled on a cabinet floor.
