Grill Cover for TRL PRO 40" Freestanding Grill - CARTCOV40D
Protect your complete outdoor cooking setup with the Summerset Deluxe Grill Cover for Sizzler & Sizzler Pro 40" Freestanding Grills (CARTCOV-40D). Designed to provide full-length coverage over both the grill head and cart, this premium cover ensures your investment stays protected in all seasons.
Constructed from heavy-duty PVC/vinyl, this cover is 100% water-resistant and UV-protected, shielding your grill from rain, sun exposure, dust, and debris. This helps prevent fading, cracking, rust, and long-term wear caused by outdoor conditions.
The interior features a soft flannel or polyester lining, designed to protect your grill’s stainless steel finish from scratches during installation and removal.
Built with a custom-tailored fit, the cover is specifically designed for 40" Summerset freestanding grills—including TRL Pro models—ensuring complete coverage of the grill and cart, including side shelves. A secure closure system (drawstring, elastic, or buckle straps) helps keep the cover in place even in windy conditions.

Summerset Grill Cover for Sizzler 40" and Sizzler Pro 40" Freestanding Cart Grill
Frequently Asked Questions
Does one cover fit both the Sizzler 40 and the Sizzler Pro 40?
Yes. CARTCOV-40D is listed as compatible with 40" Summerset freestanding grills across the TRL Pro, TRL, Sizzler and Sizzler Pro series, so both 40-inch Sizzler models take the same part. The matching grill is the Sizzler 40 freestanding grill.
How much of the setup does it cover?
The grill head and the cart, including the side shelves. That is full-length coverage rather than a hood-only cover.
What is it made of?
Heavy-duty PVC/vinyl in black, described as 2-ply and 100% water-resistant with UV protection. The stated aim is to hold off fading, cracking and rust from constant outdoor exposure.
How does it fasten down?
Through a secure closure system using a drawstring, elastic or buckle straps. On a 40-inch cart there is a lot of cover surface, so cinching the bottom edge is what keeps it from catching wind.
Will it scuff the grill?
The inside is flannel or polyester lined, so the fabric side is what contacts the stainless during installation and removal.
Let customers speak for us
I absolutely love my Coyote gas grill! The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I also want to give a special thank you to Ryan at Northwoods Grills. He was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. Before my grill even arrived, he took the time to help me with measurements and answered all of my questions to make sure everything would fit properly. He was always very attentive, patient, friendly, and easy to communicate with. His customer service really made a difference and made the whole experience so much easier for me.
It’s not often that you receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate all of Ryan’s help and would absolutely recommend Northwoods Grills. Great product and outstanding customer service!

Best pricing available for the product (checked all other on line retailers), and Ryan provided excellent responsiveness during the sales process. Loved dealing directly with the owner vs a sales person.
Delivery was completed within a week of the order and Ryan stayed in touch with consistent follow-up to ensure the products met my expectations.
Will recommend to friends / others looking for a high-end built in grill and matching cabinets.
