Bonfire FAQ

Welcome to the Bonfire FAQ. Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about our Bonfire line of grills and fire pits.

What is the Bonfire grill made of?

The Bonfire grill is constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel with a porcelain-enameled cooking surface, designed to withstand high heat and resist rust and corrosion for years of outdoor use.

What fuel does the Bonfire use?

The Bonfire is designed to burn natural hardwood logs and lump charcoal. We do not recommend using lighter fluid; instead, use a chimney starter or natural fire starters for the best, cleanest burn.

How do I clean and maintain my Bonfire?

After each use, allow the unit to cool completely, then empty the ash tray. Wipe the cooking grates with a grill brush while still warm. Periodically season the grates with cooking oil to prevent rust and keep food from sticking.

Can I leave the Bonfire outside year-round?

Yes, the Bonfire is built for outdoor use. However, to extend its lifespan we recommend using a fitted weather cover and storing it under shelter during prolonged periods of rain or snow. See our Shipping page for delivery details on covers and accessories.

What is the warranty on the Bonfire?

The Bonfire includes a 1-year full warranty along with 3-year and lifetime limited warranty coverage. For complete details on what's covered, please review our Warranty Information page.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes. Replacement grates, ash trays, and weather covers are available in our online store. If you need a part that isn't listed, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.

What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your Bonfire, you may be eligible to return it. Please see our Return Policy for full terms and instructions.
