Three U-shaped 304 stainless steel burners produce a combined 45,000 BTUs across 540 square inches of primary grilling space. Diamond Sear cooking grids retain and radiate heat for faster cooking and crisp sear marks, and the Flame Thrower backup ignition system provides dependable lighting every time. With the secondary warming rack, total cooking capacity reaches 691 square inches.
Designed for built-in installation, this grill includes individual electronic ignition on each burner, an analog heat indicator, stainless steel flame tamers, and a removable warming rack. Connected directly to your natural gas line, it eliminates the need to refill propane tanks and is a perfect fit for compact custom outdoor kitchens.

Three burners across a 30 inch head lets you hold a low zone at one end while the other two run hot.
What cutout do I build for it?
30.5 inches wide by 19.5 inches deep by 8.5 inches high.
Take the depth measurement inside the island, not just across the face, before the head is ordered.
How much cooking area is there?
540 square inches of primary grilling space, and 691 square inches in total with the secondary warming rack.
Does this run on my house gas line?
Yes. It is the natural gas configuration, connected directly to your line, so there is no tank to refill. The propane version is ordered separately.
Does this model have interior lights?
No. The T-Series 30 inch does not include hood lighting. Interior halogen lights come on the L-Series 30 inch natural gas grill, which also adds an infrared rear burner and rotisserie kit.
Everything else, including the three burners, 45,000 BTUs and 540 square inch primary grate, is the same between the two.
How does each burner light?
Individual electronic ignition on each burner, with the Flame Thrower backup ignition system as a second way to light them.
What kind of cooking grids does it use?
Diamond Sear stainless steel grids. They retain and radiate heat, which speeds up cooking and produces crisp sear marks.
What sits between the burners and the grids?

Yes. It accounts for the 151 square inches between the 540 square inch primary area and the 691 square inch total, and lifts out when you need the space.
Should I get the 30 inch or the 36 inch?
The 30 inch gives 540 square inches of primary area and needs a 30.5 inch opening. The 36 inch T-Series steps up to 648 square inches and 50,000 BTUs but needs a 36.75 inch cutout.
If the island is already framed, the opening decides it for you.
Is this grill built to stay outside?
It is made from 304 stainless steel inside and out and is designed for built-in installation in an outdoor kitchen, so it lives in the island permanently.
