Built entirely from 304 stainless steel, it combines striking design with the durability and features dedicated backyard cooks demand.
Three U-shaped stainless steel main burners produce a combined 45,000 BTUs across 540 square inches of primary grilling space, while Diamond Sear cooking grids retain heat for faster cooking and crisp sear marks. A 12,000 BTU infrared rear burner works with the included high-performance rotisserie kit for effortless rotisserie roasting, bringing total output to 57,000 BTUs. The secondary warming rack pushes total cooking capacity to 691 square inches.
Interior halogen lighting illuminates the cooking surface for easy evening grilling, while individual electronic ignition on each burner and an analog heat indicator give you precise control. Connected directly to your natural gas line, it eliminates the need to refill propane tanks. Stainless steel flame tamers and a removable warming rack complete the package.

What cutout does the AOG30LN need?
30.5 inches wide, 19.5 inches deep and 8.5 inches high.
Verify all three against your island opening. A 30 inch grill does not go into a 30 inch hole.
What is the total BTU output?
57,000 BTUs. Three U-shaped stainless steel main burners account for 45,000 of that, and the infrared rear burner adds 12,000.
How much grilling area does the 30 inch model give me?
540 square inches of primary grilling space, rising to 691 square inches once the secondary warming rack is counted.
Three burners across 540 square inches means each burner covers its own zone, so you can run high, medium and off across the grate.
Does the rotisserie kit come with the grill?
Yes. A high-performance rotisserie kit is included and works with the 12,000 BTU infrared rear burner.
Can I grill in the evening without extra lighting?
Interior halogen lighting illuminates the cooking surface, so you can see the grate after dark. An analog heat indicator shows temperature at a glance.
Is each burner lit individually?
Yes. Every burner has its own electronic ignition, so you can light only the zones you plan to use.
Is the warming rack removable?
The warming rack lifts out. Leaving it in brings total cooking capacity to 691 square inches; taking it out gives you full clearance over the 540 square inch primary grate.
What sits between the burners and the food?
Stainless steel flame tamers, then the Diamond Sear cooking grids. The grids retain heat for faster cooking and crisp sear marks.
Is this configured for natural gas or propane?
Natural gas, model AOG30LN, connected directly to your gas line so there are no tanks to refill. The propane version is ordered as its own model.
What does the L-Series add over the T-Series 30 inch?
Interior halogen lights, the 12,000 BTU infrared rear burner and the rotisserie kit. Both models share the three U-shaped burners, 45,000 BTUs and 540 square inches of primary area.
The T-Series 30 inch natural gas grill is the version without lights or a rear burner.
Does this need to go into an island?
Yes. It is designed for built-in installation in an outdoor kitchen, not for use on a stand or cart.
