How much heat do the two burners produce?
Each solid brass burner is rated at 12,500 BTUs, for 25,000 BTUs combined.
That is enough to hold a stockpot at a boil on one burner while a sauce simmers on the other.
What are the burners and the body made of?
The burners are heavy-duty solid brass. The housing, rod grid and cover are commercial-grade 304 stainless steel.
Does it need electricity or batteries to light?
No. The Rapid Light piezo ignition starts each burner instantly with no batteries and no power connection, so you do not need to run an outlet to it.
Does a cover come with it?
Yes. A stainless steel cover is included and protects the burners when the unit is not in use.
Is this the natural gas model?
Yes, AOG2SBL is configured for natural gas and connects to a permanent gas line. For a tank-fed kitchen, use the L-Series propane double side burner.
Will it match my AOG L-Series grill?
