An insulating liner, a stainless lid and a fitted weather cover do different jobs. A liner belongs to the installation. A lid protects the cooking area when cool and unused. A fitted cover adds weather protection between cooks. Buy each by the exact burner model, not just the brand.

Choose accessories by their job

RCS power burners use different liner models

The Premier Pro RJCSB3A listing pairs with LJRJCSB3A. The Cutlass Pro RSB3A pairs with LJRSB3A. Both liners were $639 at this check. They are different products; sharing a price does not make them interchangeable.

A required liner enlarges the planned opening and must be selected before construction. Have your installer assess the enclosure, countertop and adjacent surfaces rather than judging combustibility from the visible finish alone.

Buy weather protection for the exact appliance

Check the cover model against your burner, including lid and front-panel shape. Use the manufacturer's cleaning and storage guidance and apply the cover only after the appliance has cooled. Weather protection does not replace routine cleaning, especially where salt or debris accumulates.

A cover cannot correct a gas-supply or installation problem. It is an ownership accessory, not a heat shield and not an insulating jacket.

Adding a wok

Accessory buying questions

Can I use a generic liner?

Use the liner approved for the exact appliance and installation. A jacket that merely fits is not proof of approval.

Does the burner price include a weather cover?

Check the contents. An included stainless lid and an optional fitted fabric or vinyl cover are different items.

Should I buy the liner now?

Determine whether it is required before ordering or fabricating the opening. Add it to the equipment quote when required.
