The American Made Grills Estate Double Side Burner (ESTSB2) adds two independently controlled burners beside the grill, which is the difference between finishing a sauce outdoors and running back to the kitchen mid-cook. Each burner is rated 14,000 BTU for 28,000 BTUs across the pair, with roughly 210 square inches of usable surface — enough for a saucepan and a skillet side by side, or a single large pot centered across both. Independent valves mean you can hold a low simmer on one side while the other runs hot.
The Estate double side burner is the one AMG specifies in #304 stainless steel outright. It also has a sibling worth knowing about: the ESTSS sear side burner, which swaps the two conventional burners for a single infrared searing unit. Both share the same cutout and the same GL-ASB2 liner, so the decision can be made late in the build.
Constructed from #304 stainless steel for outdoor durability, with front-panel LED lighting so the knob positions stay readable at night. A protective lid is included, closing the unit into a flush stainless surface you can set a tray on when the burners are not in use.
