This cover is for Oval grills in built-in applications — a grill set into a masonry or custom island surround rather than standing in a cart, a table or on an All-In-One stand. Unusually for a Primo cover, it is listed for all Oval sizes rather than one at a time.
That makes sense once the grill is installed. In a built-in, the island carries the body of the cooker and it is the dome and the top of the grill that stand proud of the counter, so the surround, not the grill, decides most of the outline. Everywhere else in the cover range, the cart or the table is what varies, and the covers vary with it.
A built-in grill also has the most to gain from being covered. It is the one installation you cannot roll under cover for the winter, it usually sits in an open outdoor kitchen, and the surround around it collects everything that lands on the counter. Keeping the lid, the vents and the grate dry is what stops a permanent installation turning into a scrubbing job every spring.

Which Primo grills does this cover fit?
All of the Oval grills, provided they are installed in a built-in application. Primo does not split this one by size, so a built-in Junior, Large, X-Large or XX-Large all take the same listing. What it does not cover is an Oval standing in a cart, a table or an All-In-One stand.
What counts as a built-in application?
A grill set permanently into a surround — masonry, a framed outdoor kitchen run, or a custom island — so that the island carries the grill and the dome sits above the counter line. If your grill can be wheeled away, it is not a built-in, and a different cover applies.
Why is there only one cover for every Oval size?
Because in a built-in the surround is doing the work of the cart or table. With the body of the grill inside the island, what a cover has to clear is much the same across the sizes, so Primo lists one part number rather than four.
Is this the same as the cover for a grill on an island top?
No. An island top is a Primo-made surround that mounts on a cart base, and it has its own cover listing. This one is for grills built into a permanent structure. The two look similar in photographs but they are different products and different shapes.
Do I need the ceramic feet as well for a built-in?
The Primo ceramic feet set is the part Primo lists for built-in installations, so it belongs in the same conversation as this cover. It is a separate purchase from the cover, and it is what the grill sits on inside the surround rather than something the cover replaces.
My Oval is in a cypress table. Is this the right cover?
No. A cypress table is a freestanding piece of furniture rather than a built-in surround, and Primo covers those setups separately by grill size and table type. Read the table listing you bought, then match it to the cover whose title names it.
